5. Complaints and dispute resolution
The service provider primarily serves businesses under individually negotiated written contracts. No contract is concluded through the website, and online ordering or payment is not available. Complaints may be submitted using the contact details in Section 1.
Where a service (e.g. career counselling, coaching) is used by a consumer, the consumer may turn to the consumer protection authority (the competent Government Office, https://www.kormanyhivatalok.hu) or to a conciliation board. The list of conciliation boards is available at https://bekeltetes.hu. The service provider is obliged to cooperate in conciliation board proceedings. The consumer may also enforce claims before the courts in civil proceedings.
6. Code of conduct
The service provider has not subscribed to any code of conduct within the meaning of Section 4 g) of the Ekertv.

All content on the website – in particular texts, service descriptions, graphic and corporate identity elements, the SmartSearch International logo, photographs and the structure of the website – is protected by copyright. Any use, copying, reproduction, distribution, adaptation or communication to the public without the prior written consent of the rightholder is prohibited.
